The CINEMAT programme “Small format screenings”, organised by Gabinete de Hyde, has continued with the participation of Ojos Abiertos Films this past Thursday 21st October in the auditorium of the Biblioteca Pública Municipal José Moreno Villa de Churriana within the project D_Marcaciones [Distrito en Cultural]. For this session, our distributor has proposed a new selection of short films which has been attended by more than 30 people in this film culture activity.

Among the works that have been screened are the following: El Viento, produced by Menos es Más Producciones and a project by Tania Serrano and José Cuevas with their own version of the classic tale of Hansel and Gretel; La Mendiga, directed by Marta Cora which tells the life of a homeless woman who was once a successful traditional singer; Gloria y Candela, directed by Alicia Arwgar, which tells a love story between these two women, both of whom suffer from Alzheimer’s; and the short film Y si yo te quiero, directed by María García, which shows the transition from love, treated with a touch of humour, to a macabre story of mistreatment.
Next Thursday this exhibition continues with the collaboration of Cortos de Metraje.
