The work “Ménage à Trois”, by the directors Pedro Montesinos Rudolphi and Antonio Manuel Barba Ruiz, played by the actor David Montero and the actress Cristina Rey and produced by Alpha Reels, has been selected and presented in the Buero Vallejo Auditorium within the programme of the XX Festival de Cine Comprometido de Guadalajara (FESCIGU) last Saturday. This film festival, which has maintained the concern for sustainable development, enjoys an important projection as it is placed in the pre-selection circuit of the Goya Awards in the field of short films.
For its part, the distribution company Ojos Abiertos Films came to represent the work that was among the repertoire of short films included in the Requetecortos section. During her speech to the audience, Davinia Burgos, highlighted the relevance of the figure of the filmmaker and artist Miguel Picazo, who gives his name to the FESCIGU awards and who awakened in her her vocation for the world of cinema when she met him personally. For this reason, his presence at this festival has been of considerable value both professionally and personally because of what he symbolises for this young distributor.
